1. Cancellation and Exchange

1.1 Once an order has been placed on our website, you may cancel or modify it by sending us an email (info@romeve.com).
1.2 Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. Instead, it must be returned to us in accordance with Section 10 below. As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and return them to us. Of course, you may inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure a fast return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation. An early refund is only possible 16 weeks after the order has been placed, if the goods have not been received.
1.3 As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are activated immediately after being shipped. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process once it has started. A refund before receiving the goods is only possible within 15 minutes after placing the order.


2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Our return policy is part of these Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of our website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can email us stating which product you would like to return, and then send the product back to us. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the last item.
2.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 A refund will only be issued once we have received the returned product. We will inspect the product upon arrival.
2.5 You must ensure the product is returned in the same condition you received it, and that it is well packaged. The item must be unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. If the product is returned in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If the item is returned damaged, we also reserve the right to reject the return.
2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order. You will receive your refund within 30 days of us receiving and approving the return.
2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email confirming the approval. Once you receive this confirmation, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. No storage fees apply.
2.8 The cancellation is completed once we have received the physical goods.
2.9 As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. 3. Steps for Cancellation

  • Before returning your order, please request the return address from our customer service team.

  • Send the goods to the provided address.

  • Only use a shipping method with a tracking number, so we can clearly associate the return with your order. This way, you notify us in advance and the returned goods can be correctly matched. This is the only way we can guarantee a fast refund.

  • Once the return has arrived, we will be notified and the refund can be processed. Therefore, it is essential to use a tracked shipping method.
